• The service sells a scoped verification job, not a phone call and not a guaranteed affirmative answer. Attempt limits and deadlines are stated on every quote.
• Permitted use: current business-information questions in the United States. Prohibited: sales, marketing, solicitation, political persuasion, debt collection, harassment, impersonation, negotiation or purchasing on a user's behalf, and any request for sensitive personal data.
• Results include confidence and limitations; you are responsible for how you act on them.
• No refunds for jobs that complete as partial, failed or timed out within stated attempt limits, except where required by law.
• We may suspend access for abuse.
